Key Responsibilities
The Deputy Academic Registrar will play a central role in managing academic operations and ensuring quality student services.
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate academic assessments according to the institutional academic calendar.
- Support the Academic Registrar in implementing academic policies and examination procedures.
- Manage continuous and final assessment setup.
- Oversee assessment results entry into the Student Information System (SIS).
- Address student complaints related to examination results.
- Maintain accurate academic records and student assessment data.
- Supervise admissions testing processes.
- Train staff involved in examinations and admissions.
- Recommend improvements to admissions and assessment systems.
- Monitor student academic progression and graduation eligibility.
- Coordinate admissions processing and applicant status management.
- Organize logistics for admissions testing events.
- Maintain secure student and applicant documentation.
- Produce academic reports for institutional planning.
- Support implementation and optimization of the Management Information System (MIS).
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) operations.
- Ensure accurate student registration, grading, attendance, and academic data.
- Train staff and students on digital academic systems.
- Monitor data quality and report system issues.
- Collaborate with IT, faculty, admissions, and student support teams.
- Teach assigned courses based on institutional needs.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications
