- Manage HR systems (Workday), payroll, and staff records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

- Coordinate training and staff development programs

- Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR systems
